Turning a hobby into a professional self-employed career from the ground up is always a struggle. Especially being in my mid-20s with bills, children, and a low-paying job. I work 40+ hours a week and still struggle just to put food on the table. I hardly have time for myself and enough money to support my passion. It's not cheap to self-publish a book.
